Mostly my fault. Didn’t realize the heads aren’t interchangeable and that they no longer make the white one. At this point, I think I’ll just go back to regular tooth brushes because this isn’t a good long term investment.

I got one of the early ones I think it was still crowdfunding? I love the brush I like the final vibrate choice in the sequence. The battery lasts long enough for every brush and charges up fine. My original model has to be balanced precariously to charge but if you set it right watching the light it will charge fully. Also my brush head wants to disconnect if I twist certain way while brushing. Living through these quirks I still use it and enjoy it and the wide bristles brush the top and the bottom teeth simultaneously while stimulating both sets of gums. It's invigorating!

I love using the Big Mouth toothbrush. It’s big enough to cover top and bottom teeth plus the five settings are great and the fact that it’s sonic is the cherry on top! I’ve been recommending it to my family, friends and I even told a dentist about it.

the vibration of the tooth brush is a little extreme. Toothpaste is impossible to use or keep on the brush. This is a big disappointment from previous models. Sorry I bought it.
I needed one platinum head for one of the toothbrushes my family uses, and the only way to order it was in a two-pack that said it was black and platinum. When the package arrived, they were two platinum toothbrush heads. I don’t mind, but someone who wanted a black one might have minded.
The new flexible brush head is a nice upgrade.
