1. How do I use the Big Mouth Toothbrush?

You use the Big Mouth Toothbrush the same way you use any other electronic toothbrush. The brush tip TWISTS onto ( and off of) the base. Please do not pull the tip directly off of the base without twisting and locking it into place. To turn it on, press the metal button. To turn it off press and hold the button for 3 seconds or gently tap the toothbrush on a flat surface. To move through the settings just press the metal button

 

2. Does a warranty come with the toothbrush?

Yes a 3 month warranty comes with any purchase but we have extended warranties available for 6 and 12 month coverage.

 

3. How does the subscription work?

When you purchase a subscription for the brush refills, you will not only receive a discount on toothbrush refill heads but you will receive new heads quarterly! Remember to change you toothbrush heads every THREE months AND every time you get sick!! This is why we ship you two at a time!;-)

 

4. My Toothbrush will not charge. Here are some troubleshooting steps. Please attempt to charge the toothbrush between steps.

a. Use a different outlet/power source

b Make sure the base is firmly placed on the charger station

c. Check to make sure the cord or base is not defective or damaged

d. Charge the base overnight in a dry place

5. My toothbrush head slides off. What should I do?

Please make sure that you have twisted and locked the brush head in place.

Try the other brush head to see if it locks in place. Email us for more help

 

6. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Exchanges and refunds are only honored for mechanical issues and/or  manufacture defects. We do offer exchanges within 90 days of purchasing or a refund within 10 days if there's a defect.
